How long will it take for my order to arrive? Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. If you opted for expedited shipping, your package should arrive within 1–3 business days.

Please note that custom or made-to-order items require an additional processing time of 2–5 business days before they are shipped out. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the link in the email or log into your account on our website to view the live status of your shipment.

My tracking status says "delivered," but I can't find my package. What should I do? Don't panic! Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a bit early when it’s still on the truck, or they place it in a hidden spot to keep it safe.

Thank you for shopping with us! Because our items are made-to-order, custom-crafted, or unique limited editions, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and material specifications carefully before completing your purchase.

Are returns free? We offer free returns for exchanges or store credit. If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method, a $5.99 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do? We are so sorry about that! If your item arrived damaged during transit, please email us at within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage, and we will rush out a replacement to you right away at no extra cost.
